Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all offers and services provided through the website www.calmpresence.ch .This includes, but is not limited to, online events and individual consultations offered by Yeshe Palmo.

2. Booking of Appointments

Appointments for individual consultations or online events can be booked either via the website or by e-mail. A booking is considered confirmed upon successful registration.

3. Payment

3.1 Advance Payment

Full payment is required in advance to participate in all coaching sessions, spiritual webinars, and online formats.

3.2 Payment Confirmation & Access Link

After receipt of payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of payment and the access link to the offer you have booked.

3.3 In-Person Events

Payment for in-person events (e.g., lectures, seminars) must be made in cash at the venue prior to the start of the event.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds will only be made by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified by you. This requires the full name of the account holder, the name of your bank and the exact IBAN number. Refunds via Twint or other payment systems are excluded.

4. Withdrawal / Cancellation

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g., by email). In writing be made. The date of receipt of the cancellation is decisive.

The following cancellation conditions apply to all offers:

• Cancellation 30 to 21 days before the event: 50% refund of the participation fee.

• Cancellation 20 to 8 days before the event: 25% refund of the participation fee.

• Cancellation 7 days or less before the event: No refund will be issued.

In the event of no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount (100 %) will be invoiced.

5. Content of the Meetings

The sessions and events serve the purpose of personal development and are intended as supportive impulses. They do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Personal data will be treated confidentially and only stored in the context of service provision. Further information can be found in the Privacy Policy..

8. Changes

The provider reserves the right to change content, dates or prices at any time. Bookings that have already been confirmed remain unaffected.

9 Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply. These T&C are governed by Swiss law. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered domicile.
